A 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders. The remaining balance is to be paid prior to collection or delivery. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer but the payment must be cleared before the cake is collected or delivered.
I will endeavour to accomodate late ammendments to orders wherever possible but this cannot be guaranteed. Any alterations must be confirmed in writing. If the changes affect the cost then the balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Please note that once delivered or collected, full responsibility for the storage or display of the cake lies with the client. Lulu's Little Oxford Kitchen is not liable for any damage to the cake once it has left the premises.
Unless requested otherwise, all of my cakes contain gluten, milk and eggs. Some cakes, such as carrot or coffee & walnut, contain nuts. All of my products are baked onsite in my kitchen. While I do have processes in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, I have a small kitchen and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible.
My kitchen is a fully insured, registered food premises with a hygiene certificate.
